WALKING TRACK & EXERCISE/WEIGHT ROOM

Our walking track is open to the community during the hours of operation. Nineteen laps equals one mile and lap counters are available.

Our Exercise/ Weight room is also available for those 17 years of age and older. Two treadmills, an exercise bike, an airdyne bike, a home gym and free weights are available.

Cost: Free, however donations are accepted at the Welcome Desk.

KARATE

These classes are offered three days per week and the instructors are John Darby and Jim Ford.

Dates & Times:

Mondays – 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Thursdays – 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Saturdays – 11:00 am – 12:00 noon

Location: Gym Floor

Cost: $45 per month, with a portion going back to the church. Any prospective new student will receive a free class. Family/Group rates are available.

YOGA

Date: Every Tuesday and Thursday

Time: 9:30 am - 10:30 am

Location: Fellowship Hall or Gym Floor

Cost: $3 per class

AEROBICS

Date: Tuesday and Thursday

Time: 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Location: Fellowship Hall or Gym Floor

Cost: $3 per class

SPORTS LEAGUES

Various sports leagues take place seasonally.

Fall basketball leagues run from October – December with winter leagues taking place December – March.

Volleyball leagues run from March – May and August – October.

Softball leagues run from May – July.

Cost: Varies according to league fees

UPWARD SPORTS

This non-competitive basketball/cheerleading league for grades K-6 promotes character and self-esteem while learning basketball and cheerleading skills. Registration begins in October, an evaluation night in November, practices begin in December with games starting in January.

Cost: $65 per participant, includes uniform and extras.
